Teamforce Labour are currently seeking experienced COSS personnel for long-term rail infrastructure projects across Kent and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and safety-focused individuals looking for consistent work on established rail frameworks.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the Controller of Site Safety in accordance with Network Rail standards
  • Setting up, managing, and maintaining safe systems of work
  • Briefing work groups and ensuring all personnel understand site-specific risks
  • Liaising with PICOPs, Engineering Supervisors, and site management
  • Ensuring full compliance with railway rules, regulations, and safety procedures
  • Completing relevant safety documentation and briefings
Requirements:
  • Valid COSS competency (Network Rail approved)
  • PTS with ICI
  • Full understanding of Network Rail standards and procedures
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full PPE
  • Drug & alcohol and medical in date
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Small Tools
  • Handback / ES / SWL competencies
  • Previous experience on long-term rail frameworks
