Our workforce includes experienced and appropriately certified personnel, such as Tunnelling Operatives, Topmen, Shaft Miners, 360 Operators, Slinger/Signallers, and Plant Operatives, all trained to operate in confined and high-risk conditions. Operatives hold relevant industry certifications and have completed essential training, including Confined Space (Low/Medium/High Risk where required), Emergency Procedures, Manual Handling, and other project-specific safety training, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and site requirements.


We are committed to maintaining a competent, safety-focused workforce capable of supporting all phases of tunnelling operations.

We work in partnership with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors to supply skilled, competent Rail and Safety Critical personnel who operate to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.


All of our operatives hold a valid Sentinel card, ensuring full compliance with Network Rail requirements and industry safety standards. We supply a wide range of qualified rail personnel, including PTS Operatives, COSS, ES (Engineering Supervisors), SWL, ALO, Crane Controllers, and other Safety-Critical roles, providing a dependable, safety-focused workforce capable of delivering in complex, highly regulated rail environments.
