Teamforce Labour is currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Team Leader / Ganger for an immediate start in Trafford, Greater Manchester (M41).
This is an excellent opportunity offering long-term work with consistent hours and competitive rates.
We are looking for a highly reliable individual with significant experience leading teams on groundworks projects.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role within groundworks.
  • Valid Blue or Gold CSCS Card.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  • Experience in drainage and all aspects of general groundworks.
  • Safety Critical Medical preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of operatives on various groundworks activities.
  • Oversee drainage works and general groundworks operations.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise effectively with site management and other teams on-site.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork as required.
  • Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times.
You will be working with one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors on a significant infrastructure project.
