Candidates must have more than 5 years experience within a similar role and be extremely reliable.
Requirements:
- Experience in all aspects of groundworks, including drainage & paving
- Gold CSCS Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Safety Critical Medical
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of workers, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
2. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures in accordance with HS2 standards and regulations, ensuring the well-being of all team members.
3. Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring that work is conducted efficiently and according to project schedules.
4. Quality Control: Monitor work quality, materials usage, and adherence to project specifications in line with HS2 requirements.
5. Communication: Act as a liaison between management, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication regarding project progress.
