Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar role and be extremely reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily groundworks activities on site.
- Coordinate and schedule work among the groundworks team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, providing guidance as necessary.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, suppliers, and contractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with a background in groundworks is essential for this role.
- In-depth knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination between teams.
- Valid CSCS card would be advantageous - Gold or Black CSCS will be preferred.
