Role Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising groundworks and construction site activities
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently
- Must hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Must hold a valid Gold CSCS card
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience with deep drainage works
