Quantity Surveyor required. Candidate requirements: Confident to discuss account and client meetings. Ambitious and keen to develop within the company. Look after commercial team and assistant. A team player keen to work with Clients and colleagues. Excellent at managing workloads. Excellent at problem-solving. Able to take own initiative. Good use of Excel. Report monthly figures and chase all payments to meet payment deadlines. Look after the accounts for many clients. Ensure our clients conducts its commercial activities in line with correct policies. Candidate Qualifications/Experience. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent numerical and communication skills. Degree in Quantity surveying or similar. Credit control. NEC 3 contract Knowledge. Teamforce, professionals in the supply of skilled personnel to Rail, Civil and Construction Projects.
