Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate engineering activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and manage engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe working practices.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, reporting any issues or delays to management.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to engineering activities and safety compliance.
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
- Primary Sponsor or a valid D&A (Drug and Alcohol) test within the last 3 months.
- Engineering Supervisor (ES) competence certification.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the rail engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of railway engineering standards, practices, and regulations.
