Key Responsibilities
- Operate the passenger and goods hoist safely in line with site procedures and regulations
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely movement of personnel and materials
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain hoist cleanliness and operational condition
- Report defects, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly
- Assist with general site duties when required
- Uphold site safety standards and follow all health & safety protocols
Requirements
- CPCS/NPORS Hoist Operator qualification
- Previous experience operating construction hoists
- Strong awareness of health & safety responsibilities
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
