Position: Groundworker
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of groundworks tasks, including excavation, trenching, and backfilling.
- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols on-site.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as site clearance and landscaping.
- Proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of various groundworks tasks, including excavation and concreting.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Right to work in the UK.
