Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and management of project budgets.
- Supporting cost reporting, valuations, and forecasting.
- Monitoring variations and assisting in the preparation of claims.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring accurate measurement and pricing of works.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of contracts and processes.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working with a groundworks company.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about construction.
- Based in or willing to work in London.
