Candidates must have more than 5 years experience within a similar role and be able to provide at least 2 references. Responsibilities will include: Snagging, Liaising with various trades and sub-contractors. You must have the following competencies: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Up to Date CV, Previous experience in construction at the finishing stage.
