Role Overview:
As a CSCS Labourer, you’ll assist site teams with general labouring duties, support trades, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labouring duties on site
- Assist tradesmen and site operatives as required
- Maintain site tidiness and adhere to safety procedures
- Unload and move materials and equipment
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen
- Support with basic groundwork activities where required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Previous experience working on civil engineering or construction projects
- Strong understanding of site health & safety standards
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Full PPE
- Manual Handling or other site safety certificates
- Own transport
