Teamforce are seeking an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shotcrete application, a valid Blue CPCS card, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate shotcrete equipment and apply shotcrete to various surfaces in compliance with project specifications.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor the shotcrete mix and adjust parameters as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct quality checks on shotcrete application and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members as needed.
- Valid Blue CPCS card.
- Proven experience as a Shotcrete Nozzleman with a minimum of 3 years in the industry.
- Strong understanding of shotcrete processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must provide at least two professional references from previous employers or projects.
