Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures
- Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
- Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
- Ensuring high standards of quality and workmanship
- Maintaining health & safety regulations at all times
- Checking RAMS and ensuring compliance on site
- Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site logistics
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
- First Aid qualification preferred but not essential
