Role:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
- Enforce health & safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with site management.
- Conduct briefings, inspections, and maintain site records.
- SSSTS
- Proven experience in a site supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity on site.
- CSCS
