Candidates must hold a valid City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces qualification and have previous experience carrying out pipelaying and drainage works.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Installation of drainage and pipeline systems in accordance with project specifications
- Laying and connecting pipes, including deep drainage works
- Working safely within confined spaces when required
- Assisting with excavation, trench preparation and backfilling activities
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and within programme deadlines
- Following site health & safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with site supervisors, groundworkers and plant operators
- Proven experience as a Pipelayer
- City & Guilds Medium Risk Confined Spaces – essential
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- Experience with deep drainage and pipelaying works
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings and levels
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Location: Wimbledon, South West London, SW19
- Duration: Ongoing work available for the right candidate
- Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
