Role & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
- Basic carpentry (door easing, boxing in, small repairs)
- Patching and making good
- Installing signage and basic fixtures/fittings
- Assisting site management with ad-hoc duties
- Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard
- Following site health & safety procedures at all times
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience as a Handyman on a construction site
- Own tools and PPE
- Good all-round knowledge of building and finishing works
- Ability to work independently and from instruction
- Strong attention to detail
- Must live within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
