Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing site access and egress for all vehicles and pedestrians
- Banking and directing delivery vehicles safely on and off site
- Ensuring traffic movements comply with site health & safety procedures
- Maintaining clear communication with site management and drivers
- Monitoring and recording vehicle movements where required
- Assisting with general site duties when traffic flow is quiet
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Valid Traffic Banksman Card/Cert
- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshal or Gateman on a construction site
- Strong understanding of site health & safety regulations
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Must live within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames
- Reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
