The role will involve assembling reinforcement cages and supporting ongoing structural works on site.
Role Responsibilities:
- Installing, adjusting, and dismantling formwork to specification
- Reading and interpreting drawings and schedules
- Ensuring shuttering is level, secure, and safe for concrete pours
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter on construction projects
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Own tools and full PPE
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Thames Water Passport (preferred but not essential)
