The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in concrete finishing works, with a strong emphasis on achieving high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces.
- Apply various finishing techniques, with a focus on brush finish.
- Interpret and execute project specifications and plans accurately.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in concrete finishing works.
- Proven experience with brush finish techniques is essential.
- Valid Blue CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2 in Concrete Finishing or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Candidates must provide at least two professional references that can attest to their skills and experience in concrete finishing.
