Teamforce Labour is currently seeking experienced CPCS or NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshallers  for a long-term project based in Davyhulme, Greater Manchester (M17).
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with one of the UK's leading Civil Engineering contractors on a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely marshalling plant machinery and site vehicles
  • Directing and controlling vehicle movements across the construction site
  • Maintaining safe segregation between pedestrians, plant, and vehicles
  • Communicating clearly with plant operators, drivers, and site management
  • Monitoring site access points and designated traffic management routes
  • Coordinating deliveries and assisting with vehicle movements
  • Carrying out visual safety inspections and reporting hazards or unsafe practices
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Valid CPCS A73 or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification
  • Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshal on busy construction or civil engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of plant movement, vehicle safety, and traffic management
  • Excellent communication and situational awareness
  • Full PPE
  • Two recent work references
  • Up-to-date CV
  • Ability to start immediately
