Key Responsibilities
- Safely marshalling plant machinery and site vehicles
- Directing and controlling vehicle movements across the construction site
- Maintaining safe segregation between pedestrians, plant, and vehicles
- Communicating clearly with plant operators, drivers, and site management
- Monitoring site access points and designated traffic management routes
- Coordinating deliveries and assisting with vehicle movements
- Carrying out visual safety inspections and reporting hazards or unsafe practices
- Ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Valid CPCS A73 or NPORS (CSCS Affiliated) Plant & Vehicle Marshal qualification
- Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshal on busy construction or civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of plant movement, vehicle safety, and traffic management
- Excellent communication and situational awareness
- Full PPE
