Role & Responsibilities:
- Operating dumpers and rollers safely and efficiently on a busy construction/civils site
- Carrying out earthworks, material movements and compaction duties
- Loading, transporting and tipping materials around site as required
- Operating rollers to achieve required compaction standards
- Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects or maintenance issues
- Working closely with groundworkers and site management to support daily operations
- Following site plans, instructions and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets
- Previous experience operating plant machinery on civils projects
- Good understanding of site safety requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
- Full PPE required
