Role:
- Operate dumpers and rollers safely and efficiently on site.
- Carry out earthworks, material movement, and compaction as required.
- Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects.
- Work closely with site supervisors and ground teams.
- Ensure all operations comply with health & safety regulations.
- Valid CPCS/NPORS
- Previous experience operating dumpers and rollers on construction or civils sites.
- Knowledge of safe systems of work and site safety procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- PPE required.
