Responsibilities
- Precision Grading: Operate heavy dozers to move, spread, and level earth, stone, and other materials to exact specifications.
- GPS Operation: Utilize integrated GPS systems (Topcon, Trimble, or similar) to ensure high-accuracy finishes and maintain site levels without constant manual staking.
- Site Safety: Conduct daily plant checks and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with site-specific health and safety protocols.
- Efficiency: Work closely with the groundworks team and site management to ensure project timelines are met.
- Certification: Valid Blue CPCS or NPORS Dozer ticket.
- Expertise: Proven experience operating Dozers with GPS systems is essential.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a track record of punctuality for long-term assignments.
