Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy construction site, supporting various groundwork and civil engineering activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a 360 excavator in a safe and productive manner.
- Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage works.
- Loading and unloading materials as required.
- Working closely with groundworkers and site management to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator Operator ticket.
- Previous experience operating 360 excavators on construction or civil engineering projects.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term work.
