This position is ideal for individuals with a strong track record in civil engineering and rail projects.
You will be expected to deliver high standards of workmanship across all aspects of Groundworks, including trial holes, drainage, ducting, concrete works, edgings etc.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
- NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Groundworks or equivalent
- In-depth experience in Groundworks (minimum 5 years)
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- Primary Sponsor or valid Drugs & Alcohol test within 3 months
- 2 x work-related references
- Carry out general Groundworks activities as directed, including Grouting, bits of breaking out & edgings
- Ensure safe working practices in a live railway environment
- Report any H&S issues immediately to supervisors
- Maintain professional standards and reliability throughout the assignment
